Benefits of Supportive Counselling
Supportive counselling provides a safe and confidential space for individuals and/or families to ask questions about dementia and/or caring for someone with a dementia, to discuss coping strategies, and to obtain information. Our Dementia Support Counsellors can help families to best live with Alzheimer's disease and related dementias.
Supportive counselling services are available to anyone who has questions about dementia, are concerned they may have a dementia, have been diagnosed, or are caring for someone with dementia. There is no cost for this service.
