Recreational Activities For People Living With Dementia

Many people find it difficult to know what the best kind of activities are for individuals with Alzheimer's or related dementias. There are many activities that can boost the memory. There is a new section on our website dedicated to providing ideas for activities, which are geared for people living at home, who are in the early to mid stages of Alzheimer's disease. Click here to learn more.

The Walk For Memories 2012 took place on Sunday, January 29, 2012 at the Waterloo Memorial Recreation Complex. We surpassed our goal by raising over $80,000 for research, support and services for our community!

Thanks to all the participants, sponsors, donors and volunteers who helped make this event a success! Click here to read more about the Walk For Memories 2012.
